Roger Daniels is a retired professor of History at UC who worked there from 1976 to 2002. Born in 1927, Dr. Daniels is most well known for his work on the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. He discusses his unique experience as the chairman of the history department and as a UC faculty member.

Charles Casey-Leininger

Dr. Charels Fredrick Casey-Leininger is a retired professor of History at UC who worked there from 1982 to 2002. He discusses his unique experience exploring job possibilities before settling down. He was a carpenter for many years while he obtained two Master’s degrees in geology and history and one Doctoral degree. Dr. Casey-Leininger spent most of his work at UC researching, teaching, and writing about race and housing in Cincinnati neighborhoods.
