Laura Kretschmer

Laura Kretschmer is a retired emerita professor. She began her career at the University of Cincinnati 1967 in the Department of Audiology. She and her husband made several contribution to the University. These included research, endowments and support for the UC athletic program. Kretschmer retired in 2009 and continues to be an active member in the UC Bearcat community.

Dr. Richard Kretschmer was hired in 1969 and worked in the Department of Special Education. During the interview, he shared his passion for helping students with hearing and speech disabilities.
